Welcome
Halil & Sifa offer you a very warm welcome to Serenity, a purpose-built Clothing optional/Naturist haven. Serenity bungalows has sea and mountain view, away from residential area. Serenity is totally secluded. Give you the utmost seclusion, allowing you a completely relaxed atmosphere to be totally liberated.
This helps to create the perfect ambience for relaxing and chilling-out in the nude.
Serenity has four bungalows for couples, outdoor swimming pool (12 x 5m with a depth from 1.5m to 1.6m), jacuzzi for 10 people and a nice garden with barbeque area. Serenity bungalows electricity energy created by Solar panels and Wind generator. The bungalows are not connected to the Grid Supply. We are operating with green energy.
Rooms
The Bungalows are No smoking accommodation. All rooms overlook the pool area.
Bungalows are newly built. Each Bungalows has en-suite rooms with king size bed, air conditioned/ceiling fan and well-equipped kitchen. Each room has its own fridge, gas cooker, microwave, toaster, tea/coffee making facilities as well as full cutlery cover the needs of a comfortable self-catering holiday. Free wi-fi connection, hairdryer and tv.

Services
Water, Electricity, Bed Linen, Bath, Hand towels and Beach towels are provided free of charge. Other linens such as tea towels, tablecloths, place settings, cushions and throws are also provided free.
Linen changed every week; Bathroom towels changed every 3 days. Bungalow cleaning every 3 days. Car park, Barbecues. Pool, Hot tube.
Direction
Full directions will be sent on confirmation of your booking.
We recommend hiring a car if you are intending to explore Cyprus.
We can arrange to pick you from airport and return you back with a small fee.
For your arrival and your mobility during your holiday stay, we offer the rental car from a local car rental. The desired rental car will be handed over at the airport or on request here at Serenity.



Bungalow key

Please do not give your bungalow key to anybody else. If the key goes lost, the tenant is liable up to the amount of the replacement costs and, if applicable, the costs for replacing the door lock.

Duty of care

The tenant must treat the rental property with care and ensure that his fellow travellers comply with the rental conditions. Tennant will be liable for any damages in the bungalow and the replacement cost.

Price: £100.00 per night, per bungalow for two people

Booking
We have got two types of bookings. Clothing optional and Naturist. We are booking the Clothing optional and Naturist customer’s different time. Naturist customers will be with naturist people and clothing optional customer will be with clothing optional people.
When you are booking, can you please tell us what type of booking you would like.

+ 2 week- booking: 14 up to 20 nights and get a discount of 10%
+ 3 week- booking: for 21 nights and more and get a discount of 15%

Terms of Payment
Deposit on booking: 35% of the total amount.
Balance payment: Before 14 days of arrival or if agreed, payment can be made on arrival (cash preferable)
Cancellation: 14 days before arrival, paid deposit will be refund. The cancellation of a reservation will result in a fee of £20.00
Cancellation less than 14 days before arrival: The deposit and all other payments remains the resort property. No refund will be made.

By booking a bungalow, we take for granted that our house rules are accepted.
